Small price to pay

Spring BrunchWe don’t mind paying the price of a little extra prep and clean-up. Brunch has emerged as one of our favorite meal shares. I further tested my Beijing Chicken for this gathering and it handily won praises.  Not only is this one hot brunch dish served over a bed of lettuce, it really rates well over a bed of Basmati.
