Food and Family
With digital and print publishing credits, I’ve written about musicians, Olympic athletes, food artists and farmers. My food writing has appeared online for the past 10 years and my column, Cook On: 1 part chaos, 2 parts calm, was featured in the award-winning publication The Paper, recognized by the New York Press Association.
As a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree, with majors in journalism and television and radio. I also earned a Master of Science degree in administration from Central Michigan University, where I researched the sustainability of digital journalism.
